At Pasivesta, we strive to deliver high-quality clothing products. Please read this Returns Policy carefully before raising a return request, as all returns are governed strictly by the conditions below.
1. Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of product delivery.

Any request made after this period will not be accepted, under any circumstances.
2. Return Eligibility
A clothing item will be eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:

The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

The product is in original condition, without stains, damage, odor, or alterations.

All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact and returned.

The item must not show signs of usage, trial beyond basic fitting, or mishandling.
Returns that fail to meet these conditions will be rejected.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)
For any return request related to damaged, defective, or incorrect clothing, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must be recorded continuously, without cuts, pauses, or edits.

The video must clearly show:

The sealed outer package before opening

The shipping label
-
The full unboxing process

The clothing item with the visible issue

The unboxing video must be shared with our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
This requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Return Authorization
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.
Step 3: Packaging & Dispatch

Securely pack the product to avoid transit damage.

Clearly mention the RA number on the package before dispatch.
5. Inspection & Resolution

All returned items undergo a quality inspection after reaching our facility.

If the product passes inspection:

Replacement will be processed within 2–3 business days after inspection.

Delivery of the replacement may take 7–10 business days, depending on location.

Refunds or replacements are processed strictly as per our Refund Policy.
6. Return Pickup

If return pickup is approved, it will be scheduled within 2–4 business days, depending on service availability in your location.

In some pin codes, customers may be requested to self-ship the product as per provided instructions.
7. Return Rejection
Returns will be rejected if:

The product is used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Tags or original packaging are missing.
-
No unboxing video is provided for damage or incorrect item claims.

The return request is raised after the 2-day return window.
In case of rejection, the product will be sent back to the customer, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
Refund will be credited to the same mode of payment within 10 working days
Replacement product will be delivered within 3 working days
8. Final Authority
Pasivesta reserves the final right to accept or reject any return request based on inspection results and policy compliance.
