Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing the tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days, available in select metro cities for an additional charge.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Pasivesta currently ships orders across India. All orders are processed and dispatched within forty-eight hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Dispatch timelines may vary during high-volume periods, promotional sales, or unforeseen operational delays.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time ranges between seven to fifteen business days, depending on the customer’s location, courier partner operations, and regional accessibility. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistical issues, remote area access, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Pasivesta is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Customers are advised to ensure that their delivery address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at the time of placing the order.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Any additional charges such as reattempt fees or address correction fees imposed by the courier partner may be borne by the customer.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and coordinating with the courier partner if required.

In case of undelivered or returned shipments due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address, Pasivesta reserves the right to withhold reshipment or charge additional shipping fees for re-dispatch.
